Positive Bar Centralizer
Asta Positive Bar centralizer are designed to provide positive standoff and centering. This product can be used in casing or open-hole applications. In cased-hole situations, this product can be installed below casing hanging equipment and under liner hangers to facilitate proper setting.
Encompasses special size steels bars welded to the End Collar, which assured ultimate strength and uniformity in every weld. Steel construction provides superior toughness over other materials. Available in all sizes ranging from 4-1/2” to 13 3/8” for any holes combination. This type of centralizer significantly reduces frictional drag while being used in deviated holes. Provide almost 100% stand off when run inside a cased hole.
The design eliminates weak (brittle) spots passage. This product may be shipped in half assembled condition for lower shipping and storage costs.
